Replac-BM a.s. is a company specializing in the field of development, preparation and production of paints. The following are the individual activities of our Company:

1. Preparation of colored paints

• testing of paints to determine reliable procedures of their tinting
• creation of calibrated color series to assist the task of determination of mixing formulas for individual hues as required
• practical verification of mixing formulas using micro-dosing equipment
• training of workers to operate the Formulae Computer Programs (e.g. RAINBOW, DATACOLOR, etc.)

2. Pigment pastes COLORTREND and POLYTREND

• we supply pigment pastes COLORTREND for tinting of color pains
• we supply pigment pastes POLYTREND for tinting of plastics using the most up-to-date technology
• we create various tinting systems in accordance with the individual requirements of our customers

3. Dosing and mixing equipment by LENTEQ Co.

• we deliver dosing and mixing machines of different types by the LENTEQ Co.
• we can offer you: automatic dosing machines, semiautomatic dosing machines, manual dosing machines, mixers and shakers.

4. Creation of computer programs for use in the area of paint preparation and production

• Development of the RAINBOW 5 program facilitating administration of formulae data banks, control of various dosing machines, sales statistics and other useful tasks.

The REPLAC-BM Company has been the holder of the ISO 9001 certificate for the area of color paints from 2005.
